After 20 minutes in the drive thru, I drove around to find a 'manager', complete failure. I'm home now, no meds. In the face of electronic failure, human intervention IS required. I've been writing cheques there since before it WAS Rite Aid, do so every 4 weeks, & this loyal old customer just walked OFF. NOT ONE individual asked me for an alternate form of payment. NOBODY.
