  The people were very helpful. We were buying a microwave, and from start to finish everyone helping us were cheerful and friendly. A side note, they have a family bathroom which is so useful for mothers of small boys who don't want to use the women's bathroom. It is so much better than sending the little guy into the men's alone.

  Customer service needs lots of work. Twice in a week there was a self check lane open that was malfunctioning but left open. I added cash back when you selected no, wouldn’t been a issue if it was one time and the employees didn’t know about it. They did though and and still let people use it. Good thing Lowes is across the street

  I was buying lumber to build a Deck but the employees kept getting in my way! They had to see I was pulling boards but they decided it was ok to block my access to the area I was trying to work in and I had to abandon my cart walk All the way around to get the 4*4s and back to my cart! Being disabled with siatica didn't make this a pleasant experience having to carry that lumber! Then the cashier seemed to have a additude about me not grabbing the hangers off the cart! I was in Pain! If she can't handle picking up a few joist hangers then she should not be working the contractor checkout or Home Depot for that matter! Boy these kids today are afraid of work!
